That's why Yankee Alliance made this significant investment it has made in its members. In partnership with Conductiv, a spend-optimization solution solely focused on purchased services, providing Yankee Alliance with visibility into their purchased services spend, actionable savings opportunities, contract intelligence and sourcing tools and a "Readiness Program" free of charge to kick-start and scale members’ strategic sourcing impact and to optimize cost-savings. Participating members will receive individualized savings plans tailored to their organization's unique purchased services needs.

Yankee Alliance has made a significant investment in its members’ purchased services strategy. This investment provides the following products to members, free of charge:

Additionally, Yankee Alliance will have access to the following product. Members will not have direct access to these tools at this time.

Furthermore, Yankee Alliance will capture purchased services spend data using Conductiv Analytics to measure performance across the Yankee Alliance membership and identify Yankee Alliance wide enhancement opportunities that leverage the purchasing power of the alliance.

Yankee Alliance has made a significant financial investment in Conductiv on your behalf. There is no risk and no additional financial commitment to participate in these offerings provided to you through Yankee Alliance and Conductiv. As more members participate, the more value Yankee Alliance can deliver on purchased services contracts.

1. The first step will be to provide your accounts payable purchasing data, contract expiration report, and facilities listing to your Yankee Alliance Account Manager. Conductiv will provide templates for these requests. Yankee Alliance can then review categorized purchased services spend, the foundation to build a robust purchased services strategy across the alliance.
   
   
2. Members can submit their application to join the Conductiv Contracts purchased services GPO. There is no cost to members to join. Yankee Alliance Account Managers have pre-filled these applications for members for ease of use.
   
   
3. Members can receive a Readiness Program evaluation. You will receive a current state assessment and recommendations with practical tools you can utilize to implement an effective purchased services governance program.
   
   
4. Members can request Contract Intelligence reports on categories they are actively sourcing or plan to source through Yankee Alliance.

With market-enriched category insights, Conductiv can help determine the competitiveness of your contracts, validate pricing, and understand purchasing best practices. These Contract Intelligence Reports are always tailored to your unique organization.
